I have a nice large 1800+ square foot home available for rent in the Westchester neighborhood of Bakersfield, Ca. The home has been rented by the same tenants for several years, and they are moving out next month . The home is available now and during the next month I will be making several renovations to the home, including landscaping, painting, and carpet replacement if necessary. I would love to have a family move in, but I have no issues with several students and or young working people living there as well.
